1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
• Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 Business Days
• Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment.
• Free shipping may be available on selected orders or promotional offers.
• Additional shipping charges may apply for remote locations.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details via email or SMS (where applicable).

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery at the shipping address provided. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct. Lireesh is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the package.

8. International Shipping

Currently, Lireesh delivers only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
