At Lireesh, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully manufacture and package our herbal skincare and haircare products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of personal care and herbal products, we do not accept returns of products once they have been delivered, except in the situations mentioned below.

2. Eligible for Return or Replacement

You may request a replacement if:

• You received a damaged product.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product was missing from your order.
• The product was defective upon delivery.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photographs and your order details.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products.
• Products damaged due to misuse.
• Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales.
• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when a replacement cannot be provided or when the order is cancelled before dispatch.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

6. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged during delivery, please take photographs before opening it and contact our support team immediately.
